SPOUSE Western Massachusetts-based SPOUSE has existed under the general radar for the better part of three decades. These indie rockers have been honing their versatile brand of alternative pop across seven full-length albums and a handful of singles and EPs, evoking the raw grit of The Replacements and the unpredictable dynamics of Pixies in the process. Lead singer and guitarist José Ayerve is often joined by J. J. O’Connell on drums, multi-instrumentalist Ken Maiuri on guitar and keys, and Marc Seedorf on bass.
